The Coaching Kata applies a pattern that develops the capabilities of people to apply scientific thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We provide instruction and coaching of these patterns to lead your teams to a self-sustaining implementation. Our classroom instruction uses a “train-do” model to get these patterns into practice as early as possible in the learning experience. Guided learning through progressive experience provides true skill development and makes the use of these patterns a daily habit.
