With over 19 years of diverse experience in Sales, Continuous Improvement, Operations, and Quality Management, Lisa has seen firsthand the profound impact a positive work environment can have on individuals, families, and entire communities.

We are so happy George Sabota joined our team in 2024. George is a data-driven and culture-first leader with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing including plant management, supply chain, and engineering. He has a proven track record of increasing operational output and decreasing costs using continuous improvement tools and methods. He has also implemented ERP software and automation solutions. Mr. Sobota has developed and led teams to improve culture, strategy, process, and profitability in a variety of manufacturing settings.

Mara Gillani is an experienced business developer and project manager, with the ability to organize complex situations and implement systems that empower teams to succeed. Her keen attention to detail, thorough project management, and creativity have been instrumental in maintaining smooth operations even when juggling multiple projects and clients at various stages. Furthermore, Mara’s authentic and nurturing personality has fostered success in business development, driven by her genuine enthusiasm for sharing things that inspire her.
