Introducing Lean Thinking

G.W. Lisk has invested in an interactive Introduction to Lean Thinking training that introduces participants to the fundamentals of continuous improvement thinking.

Participants are provided with four alternating iterations of classroom instruction and hands-on application of Lean principles using a Lego Airplane Factory simulation exercise. As a result, participants develop a foundation of Lean Thinking to apply in their own work areas and begin working together to improve processes. Simple, small improvements can cumulatively contribute to meaningful improvements to KPI’s that matter to your customers.

This program is made possible through a partnership between the Workforce Development Institute, G.W. Lisk Corporation, and Engage Forward.
